In early November, Washington University in St. Louis students grooved to the beat of the St. Louis Area Dance Marathon fundraiser, an event where students, student groups, and members of the community come together, dance their socks off for 12 hours, and earn money for Children’s Miracle Network.

The group behind what will soon become The Campus Kitchen at Washington University in St. Louis, Feed St. Louis, donned tie-died campus kitchens shirts and chefs hats to serve dinner at the event and represent their hunger relief efforts to a wider community. The Campus Kitchen at Washington University in St. Louis is expected to open in late January, 2010 and will be the second campus kitchen in St. Louis.
