Egger now calls himself "Doc"

Yes, it’s true. D.C. Central Kitchen and Campus Kitchen’s very own Robert Egger gave the Gettysburg Address this past weekend — the Class of 2010 Gettysburg College commencement address, that is.

D.C. Central Kitchen staff were not present to film the speech, but luckily one proud audience member/YouTube user captured almost every word on camera (with a Droid ringtone and occasional finger to keep things interesting), so we’re sharing it with Campus Kitchens (and everyone) below.

And Egger’s (almost) final quote: “Drink up like you would a $2 Friday night special down at Pitchers. Lift up your crunk cups (and that’s crunk) and guzzle every last drop down and roar out of this school like Billy Bullet was at your back and light this country up!”
