Each October, students and staff from across the country gather for the CKP Leadership Conference: a weekend of networking, leadership development, and strategic planning—all while wearing a hairnet! (OK, the hairnets are optional.)
Highlights of the annual gathering include:
- Hands-on volunteer opportunities with students from different schools
- Breakout sessions presented by students, staff, and outside community leaders
- Leadership workshops on fundraising and program development
- Sessions on how to start your own Campus Kitchen
- Announcement of CKP’s Volunteer of the Year
The conference travels to a different Campus Kitchen each year to highlight unique local innovations as students share their contributions to CKP.
