The Campus Kitchen at Marquette currently serves over 2,000 meals per month. In addition, we offer a Culinary Job Training program for under-employed and unemployed men and women in the Milwaukee area three times a year.
Coordinator:
Amanda Parrell has been the Coordinator of the Campus Kitchen at Marquette since December 2009. She is a two time graduate of Marquette (Arts ‘04 & MAPS ‘09) and worked as a secondary school English and math teacher with Peace Corps/Malawi between her schooling. Amanda enjoys cooking (and eating!), gardening, riding her bicycle and travelling. Amanda loves working with CKMU and helping students connect to the community.
