Checklist of recommended kitchen supplies:

Delivery bags

We recommend 2-6 of the rectangular bags for the congregate meal sites, though these bags can also be utilized when delivering individual meals in clamshell containers as well. Again ask your dining services provider if they have good sources to purchase the insulated bags from. If they don’t, two other options are found below:

  • Option one: These are nylon, soft-sided. They come in a variety of colors. It will fit two 4’’ pans or four 2’’ pans. It will also snugly fit 16 8x8x3 clamshells (if packed correctly–it’s very important to pack them in a square, two rows of two, or they will tip).
  • Option two: Model # GP-3. Available in different sizes to fit either clamshells or hotel pans. The material is harder, like a gym mat, more rigid than the nylon ones listed above.

Hotel Pans
